TIP- to select the marquee that suits you and your event, work from
the size or limitations of the area you wish to erect the marquee.
Next, work from the expectant number of attendants to be at your
function, as well as your budget. Above all talk to one of our sales
staff, they will be only happy to guide you through our products
and services.
DIY
Very
popular for market stalls, school fetes, barbeque tents and sporting
events. They are also well suited for when the weather turns nasty
and you just require that little bit of extra shelter for your own
comfort and well-being. DIY Marquees are not white formal styled.
They are blue and white in colour and do have walls, however they
do not have windows or the tall eve height as per the formal style.

Formal Post & Rope Range
Your traditional post & rope style marquees. Consisting of large
centre poles to peak the roof as well as perimeter poles all around
the marquee including ropes and stake type footings tying the marquee
to the ground. These marquees are suitable to earth (grass) type
foundations only.

Formal Structure & Free Standing Structure
These marquees are the premium marquee option and consist of framed
modules, which eliminate the centre poles, perimeter poles and ropes
& axle footings. These marquees are clear spanning inside;
giving you much greater flexibility in layout options and also accommodate
more guests. These marquees are suitable for earth (grass) or hard
(concrete) type foundations and can be also erected right beside
existing buildings or structures.

TIPS FOR PRICING AND ORDERING
How
to plan your space requirements:
for
general planning on space requirements for guests, the following
table is an approximate measurement of square meter age per guest.

This
allows for minimal service isles but not for food or drinks tables.
To find the square meter area of marquees, simply multiply the length
x breadth i.e., 6m x 12m = 72sq metres
Basic
Hire Ordering term:
A
conformation fee is required to confirm your booking. Confirmation
fees will then be deducted from your hire total leaving a balance
payable. Please Note, confirmation fees are strictly non refundable
for event cancellations or date changes. The balance owing must
be paid on, or prior to the day of the event. If the balance is
to be paid by cheque, payment must be received in a minimum of 5
working days before the event. Cheques will not be accepted
on delivery. Pre paying of balance at any time is welcomed. All
payments can be made using Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Eftpos, Direct
Money Transfer or Credit Card.
Hire
Prices:
Hire
prices are for one day only unless weekend hire is permitted. Extended
hire rates are available. A hire agreement is available on request
or otherwise will be supplied with a goods delivery docket.
Protection
& safety of equipment hired is the sole responsibility of the
customer (hirer) whilst the equipment is in their care.

Payments on delivery of equipment must be made by cash. All cheque
payments must be presented within 5 working days prior to event
to allow for clearing.
Delivery
Service:
A
delivery service is available at an additional cost. Delivery fees
are based on an area flat service charge. The delivery fee includes
delivery to as close to the site with a vehicle as possible. Any
further delivery from that point if required may incur an extra
charge on top of the area delivery fee.
Please
note: Some equipment will only be hired on the condition that we
will deliver it.
For
your delivery fee, please consult one our sales persons. Please
note that delivery fees are one flat fee for your complete hire
purchase, not as per individual piece of equipment.
